2. Nature of Services & Role as Impersonal Adviser
SYGNAL provides impersonal quantitative data, signal analytics, and research tools for informational purposes. Our services do not constitute personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or digital asset. SYGNAL does not execute trades or manage client accounts.
AI, machine learning, and other quantitative models are designed to process data systematically but do not predict future market movements or ensure profitable outcomes. Users should not rely on SYGNAL signals as the sole basis for any investment decision. All use of our data is entirely at the user’s own risk.
3. Regulatory Status & Jurisdictional Scope
Sanostro AG is a Swiss company registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Investment Adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Our SEC registration number is 801-112353.

For complete details, please review our Form ADV filing on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) website.
4. Performance & Hypothetical Information
SYGNAL does not publish its own performance figures on sygnal.ai. Performance information is found on regulated partner platforms under their own reporting frameworks. Any discussion of performance is subject to the following disclosures:
- Hypothetical Performance Limitations: Any performance referenced may be hypothetical or backtested and has inherent limitations. Hypothetical results do not reflect actual trading and may differ materially from real-world outcomes.
- Past Performance Disclaimer: Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.
No statement on this site or related materials should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or projection of future returns.
5. General & Cryptocurrency-Specific Risks
All investments involve risk, including the potential for total loss of principal. Market conditions, liquidity, and operational factors can adversely affect outcomes.
Cryptocurrency-Specific Risks: Trading digital assets involves unique and substantial risks, including but not limited to extreme price volatility, exchange or custody failures, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and an evolving, uncertain regulatory environment. These risks may not be fully captured in historical or hypothetical data.
6. Conflicts of Interest & Partner Relationships
Sanostro AG may earn revenue from licensing or referral arrangements with third-party platforms ("Partners"). This creates a conflict of interest, as we have a financial incentive to direct users to these Partners.
To manage this, we provide a clear, logged, click-through disclosure notice that explains this potential conflict before redirecting any user to a Partner's site. All Partners operate independently, and SYGNAL does not endorse or control their services or performance reporting.
7. Data Privacy & Recordkeeping
SYGNAL handles user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
All website and social-media communications are archived in compliance with SEC Rule 204-2. Records are retained for a minimum of five years and are available for regulatory inspection upon request.
